Take pictures at Eagle Point

This is a great place to stop for a while and enjoy a meal, and offers incredible views if you’re hoping to enjoy a sunset.

Do the highpoint hike

If you’re looking for a hiking opportunity at the Grand Canyon west then the highpoint hike is the one to do. This moderate hike is not too challenging but perfect for those who want a chance to get up close and personal with the park and see everything that it has to offer.

The Highpoint hike offers 360 degree views of the park, whilst the terrain can be a bit rough and uneven and there are patches of the hike that don’t have railing the views are well worth it.

Be a thrill seeker on a zip line

For thrill seekers, the recently installed zip line at Hualapai ranch is the most exciting way to see the park. The 3,200 foot zip line allows visits to soar more than 500 feet over the park and enjoy the views from above whilst getting their adrenaline pumping.

If you want some adventure out of your trip then a zip line experience is a fun and memorable way to see the park. Just make sure you pick a day where the weather is fine because inclement weather might ruin your plans!
